By accessing or using AltoHost ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
AltoHost provides hosted WebSocket infrastructure including real-time channels, presence detection, client events, and related APIs. The Service is accessed through our dashboard, SDKs, and API endpoints.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and secrets. You must not share your API secret with unauthorized parties or expose it in client-side code.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Each plan has defined limits for concurrent connections, messages per day, number of apps, and API keys. If you exceed your plan limits, we will notify you and may recommend an upgrade. Sustained overages may result in temporary throttling. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade or downgrade at any time.
AltoHost acts as a message transport layer. We do not store the content of messages sent through channels beyond what is needed for delivery. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions. Paid plans with SLA guarantees are covered by separate SLA terms.
You may close your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your apps, API keys, and associated data will be deleted.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AltoHost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
